Patients are seen strictly on an appointment basis – please phone to make an appointment for a day and time that suits you.

Fee structure: We submit accounts for payment to those medical aids that are able to supply real-time claim processing. At present only Discovery Health (excluding the KeyCare options) and Medscheme Health are able to give a swift real-time response as to what claims will be paid by them.

The Medscheme group includes medical aids such as AECI, Barloworld, Bonitas, Fedhealth, GEMS, Nedgroup, Old Mutual Staff and Sasolmed.

Private patients and patients who belong to medical aids that do not implement real-time claim processing will have to settle their accounts on the day of service, and then submit their accounts for a reimbursement. Payments can be made either by credit or debit card (except for Diner and American Express cards) or cash.
